The Fair Play Strategy incorporates:

• Standard Provisions (the standard level of facility provision for community sport and recreation as defined by Council)
• Levels of Service (the inputs required to maintain a facility to a specified standard as defined by Council) and
• the associated Level of Subsidy (fees and charges) for local community level outdoor sport and recreation.
