Our Public Transparency Policy requires the City to make available a register of all leases on City-owned, leased or managed land.
 

Crown Land

Any lease that is on Crown land where the City is the Committee of Management is included in the lease register.

Licence agreements

A Licence Agreement is:

• a short-term agreement where the Licensee has non-exclusive use
• not required to be included in the register.

Mooring agreements

Mooring Agreements are not included in the register because they are classed as licence agreements on an annual term.
