Applying online

Register/log in and apply for a planning permit online:

Upon receipt of your application, an invoice will be issued for payment which can be settled through BPay or using a credit card online.

Please note that we are unable to accept payments over the telephone.

Amendments and VicSmart amendments are unable to be lodged online. Please email amendment applications to [email protected] 

In person or by mail

  Office Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You can download an application form to make a submission offline.

Post your application to PO Box 104, Geelong VIC 3220.
