The Armstrong Creek Town Centre Precinct Structure Plan (ACTC PSP) was approved on 23 October 2014 and sets out the vision and planning controls for the Town Centre future development.

The ACTC will include some of the most significant scale and diverse developments across the Armstrong Creek urban growth area.

This includes major supermarkets discount department stores shops and restaurants office and commercial uses major public facilities such as a regional library aquatic centre arts and cultural facilities and town green a bus interchange rail trail (future rail corridor) and medium / high density housing.
