Early childhood education and care
Our Early Childhood Education and Care Services provide the very best in early childhood care and education programs for children aged 0-6 years and support for families throughout the municipality in Wadawurrung Country.
Occasional Care
Flexible short-term childcare in a safe, nurturing environment for children.
Parenting support services
We are focused on providing families with access to support and education programs that compliment their role as parents. Strengthening parenting skills and family relationships is a priority.
Kindergarten
There are a large number of excellent kindergartens located throughout the City of Greater Geelong.
Playgroups in Geelong
Playgroups are for babies, toddlers, preschool children and their parents, or carers.
Maternal Child and Health
Our Maternal and Child Health (MCH) service provides information, advice and support to those caring for babies and young children
Family Day Care
The City no longer offers family day care as a service. Any outstanding Family Day Care accounts can be paid online.
Children’s Week 2026 will be held between Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026.
