1. Purpose
To have a register of information on all Family Day Care (FDC) Contract Educators and Family Day Care Educator Assistants.
2. Scope
FDC only
This Policy applies to Family Day Care coordination unit Family Day Care Contract Educators Family Day Care Educator Assistants.

4. Council Policy
A Register containing information of all FDC Contract Educators and educator assistants will be maintained by the family day care service in compliance with legislative requirements.
The family day care service will develop and maintain a register containing information on:
- Family Day Care Contract Educators as required under r153 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Family Day Care Educator Assistants as required under r154(e) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations
