Grants to assist with the cost of small equipment purchases to support community groups and not-for-profit organisations to deliver services and programs.

Grant guidelines

To confirm the eligibility of your organisation and activity, please read the grant guidelines before applying.

Who can apply?

To apply for this grant you must be one of the following:

  • incorporated not-for-profit organisation
  • unincorporated group with an auspice
  • registered charitable organisation

What can you apply for?

The cost of small equipment purchases such as:

  • Sporting equipment
  • Office equipment, such as laptops and office furniture
  • Kitchen items, such as kettles, crockery, microwaves, fridges, freezers and air fryers
  • General equipment, such as tables, chairs and barbeques
  • Gardening tools, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, gardening gloves and rakes
  • Electric gardening tools, such as mowers and whipper snippers
  • Tree guards
  • Small scale agricultural items, such as olive presses and bee hives

How much can you apply for?

There is a total grant pool of $60,000 available.
Applicants may ask for up to $2,000.
