The Geelong Influenza Pandemic Response Plan is a sub - plan to the Greater Geelong Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP). City of Greater Geelong has developed this Influenza Pandemic Response Plan as part of its emergency management planning.

The plan has been developed from a template created by the Barwon - South West (BSW) Region Influenza Pandemic Response Plan Committee. The committee is comprised of representatives from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and each of the region's nine municipalities.

The plan was developed pre - COVID 19 will be reviewed in line with state reviews.
