EasyPark is a free to download payment application available for Android Apple and Windows that allows users to pay for their parking without having to go to the parking meter. Further information can be found on the EasyPark website.

Subcription period

There is no binding contract period. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Registering multiple cars on the app

You can register an unlimited number of cars in one EasyPark account.

When parking you simply select the registration number of the car you want to park.

Pricing structure

EasyPark's rates are standardised across Australia.

Payment methods

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards.

Paying for the time you use

When paying by coins or card you must make an estimate of how long you will park and make a payment to cover this period.

According to EasyPark motorists typically overpay by 30 percent when they park. That remaining time will expire once the car leaves the parking space.

Payment via the app is only made once you press 'stop' to end the parking session and the car departs the space.

Free parking in the app

EasyPark will automatically stop charging you for your parking when the parking is for free.

For example you may start a parking session at 4:30pm. But if the parking in the parking area is free of charge from 5:30pm EasyPark will limit your parking session (and your payment) to 5:30pm.

Forgetting to end the parking session

A parking session will never go on longer than the time you initially set for the session or the maximum possible parking time in a given area.

You will receive a reminder 15 minutes before the end - time so that you have the chance to extend your parking.
