The Winter Reserve Facility Development Plan has been commissioned via the City of Greater Geelong in partnership with the Belmont Lions Sports Club and East Belmont Cricket Club.

The Plan aims to provide a consolidated approach in collaboration with key user groups and stakeholders to improve infrastructure at Winter Reserve over the next 10 years.
