We will assist ratepayers, including pensioners, who are experiencing hardship by creating an individual payment plan. This may include deferral of rates payment, in full or part, depending on individual circumstances.
We will treat your circumstances in a confidential manner and work out the best option to suit your situation.
When you talk to us about your situation we will ask you some questions about your financial situation.
You may then be asked to complete an application form and sign a Statutory Declaration.
After assessing your application we will advise you of the outcome.
