Common questions

There are three valuations shown on your rate notice:

  1. Site Value (SV) - land value only.
  2. Capital Improved Value (CIV) - site land value plus all property improvements eg house, fence, garage etc.
  3. Net Annual Value (NAV) - percentage value of CIV.

We use the CIV in a formula to calculate your rates.
