Common questions
There are three valuations shown on your rate notice:
- Site Value (SV) - land value only.
- Capital Improved Value (CIV) - site land value plus all property improvements eg house, fence, garage etc.
- Net Annual Value (NAV) - percentage value of CIV.
We use the CIV in a formula to calculate your rates.
