A Notice of Objection to the Valuation or Valuations must be lodged online with the State Government. You will need to register your details and then complete your objection application.

An objection must be made to Council within two months of the date of the initial rate notice or within 4 months if the notice was not issued to you as the occupier of the land.

Objections outside the above timelines are unable to be considered.

The current valuation on your notice has a relevant date of 1 January 2026 and is therefore based on market conditions around that date.
