This plan was adopted by Council on 22 June 2021.
The plan sets out the background, design principles, land use and layout for the saleyards precinct (former saleyards and Target headquarters sites in North Geelong) as it transitions to a proposed mixed-use high density residential precinct.
Amendment C434 introduced the planning controls to deliver the precinct. It was gazetted on 29 June 2023. The precinct plan is a background document in the planning scheme.
