Did you know that you, as the event organiser, you have a WorkSafe responsibility - to provide a safe working environment at your event and also to report any major incidents?

Reporting incidents to WorkSafe

Employers and self-employed persons must notify WorkSafe immediately after becoming aware a notifiable incident has occurred. Failure to report an incident to WorkSafe is an offence and may result in prosecution.

Incidents should also be reported to City of Greater Geelong.
