When you apply for a Secondary Consent to make a minor amendment to endorsed plans you will need to:

1. Download the Secondary Consent Application form (below)
2. Complete all relevant sections including:
   1. Your name as the applicant
   2. All contact details
   3. Address details of the property concerned
   4. Your Planning Permit number
   5. The ownership details of the property (or tick the box if you are the owner)
   6. Your current development stage
3. Check the relevant fee required - Planning fees

Return your completed form and all required documentation to [email protected]. Once received, we will issue an invoice for the applicable application fee.
