When your planning permit has already been issued and you need to make changes to it you will need to submit an Application to Amend your Planning Permit.
New Payment Requirements for Planning Applications
Effective from 6 July 2026, under recent changes to the Planning and Environment Act 1987, applications are deemed incomplete until the applicable fee has been paid.
Applicants must pay their invoice within 7 days of issue. Failure to make payment within this period will result in the application being deemed void.
