To meet the growing need for residential land across the municipality a Residential PSP Program for 2023 - 2024 has been prepared.

The recommendations are made considering the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas (NWGGA) Framework Plan land supply and infrastructure planning. The decision - making process included consultation with landholders and relevant state agencies.

The officers' recommendation report was endorsed at the 13 December 2022 Council Meeting.
Further information on timeframes for development of individual PSPs will be made available once PSP preparation commences.
