To sell food or drinks to the public from a temporary site - like a marquee, you will need to make application through the state wide data base called FoodTrader.
If you are a community group who is fundraising or a food business operating at an event you will be required to notify or register your temporary event or activity with us.

All set up and sale of food must be made in line with the Temporary Food Guidelines
If you are a business that operates out of a fixed address but want to attend events or trade off site you also can make application through FoodTrader. When this is assessed, we will add a temporary/off site component to your current registration.
