The Peace Memorial (Laird and Buchan and Everett, 1926) is ‘A modern adaptation of the Roman Renaissance’ designed to be the foyer to a future hall, never built. It is ‘closely aligned’ with the Bostock Memorial in The Gordon Complex. In 2018, the Park's eastern layout was altered to accommodate a rain garden and underground stormwater storage.
