William Leggo redeveloped a one-storey building, giving it the 'futuristic architectural stylism of the bold corner parapet', possibly 'inspired by the Romanesque "crow-stepped" parapets used in contemporary church designs.' Brick chevrons sit inside the parapet's dramatic archway, with a flagpole above.
