The following list provides examples of issues that are classed as urgent matters that will be dealt with out of hours. The list is indicative only and is non-exhaustive.

• Accidents - vehicular requiring clean-up
• Animals - attacks, dog collection, livestock at large
• Animals (Dead) - Wildlife or registered domestic animals causing a hazard to public due to being on a roadway
• Council buildings - access, security problems, damage, vandalism, urgent operational needs
• Public toilets - cleaning, health hazard
• Public toilets - building damage or plumbing blockages
• Council land when - Asbestos or needles have been dumped
• Debris on roadways - causing hazard to public
• Debris or hazards on footpath - causing a hazard to public
• Drains/drainage pits causing a hazard to the public
• Flooding - on roadway or properties that is causing a safety hazard
• Food problem - poisoning / contamination
• Food premises - water damage
• Food and/or environment contamination
• Home Care Services - emergencies
• Oil spills - on roadways/Waterways
• Pest control - Council property accessible by public
• Playgrounds - vandalism and/or damage
• Road signs - causing hazard to public
• Road repairs - causing hazard to public
• Storm damage - causing hazard to public
• Trees, dangerous/fallen causing a hazard to public (excluding trees on private property)
