Online casual stallholders at Belmont Market

The Belmont Market casual bookings page allows casual stallholders to select, book, pay and secure site(s) up to four weeks prior to a market day.

Online booking closes at 4:00pm the Friday before each market date. Belmont Market will not process casual bookings requests over the phone, via email, or put ‘holds’ on sites. 

To book online, stallholders must follow the steps below:

  1. Read important stallholder information and all other relevant information as listed in the links provided such as trading times, bump-in / bump-out procedures, limited and prohibited sales items etc.
  2. Read the Belmont Market - Terms and conditions/Conditions of entry.
  3. Then visit the Belmont Market Belmont Market casual bookings page.
  4. Select the date(s) and sites(s) required. multiple dates can be booked from one transaction.
  5. Add any hire equipment required. No additional equipment may be added once transaction is finalised.
  6. Enter contact details, and item description, tick acknowledgement boxes. Note: Food and beverage vendors are not eligible to complete a booking online.
  7. Complete payment using the available online payment methods.
  8. Bring confirmation on the day and follow ‘bump in’ procedure.
