- Indoor sites do not have parking access; stallholders must unload outside and transport their items to their booked indoor sites. Temporary access for unloading between 5am and 8am is permitted, provided it does not disrupt other stallholders who have already set up. Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading/loading Vehicles must be moved prior to 8am. Failure to remove vehicles prior to 8am and parking in 'empty sites' will immediately incur an additional site fee (charged at the Casual Stallholder without a booking. Bump-out
- The outdoor section of the market reopens to traffic after 1pm to assist with the pack-up of sites. During this time, vehicles must not exceed 5km/h and must follow any instructions provided by City Officers.
- Prior to vacating their site, stallholders must remove all waste and ensure the site is left in the same condition as it was prior to setup. Stallholders are reminded that the rubbish bins and bin enclosure at Barwon Valley Activity Centre are not to be utilised under any circumstances. Illegal dumping on-site may result in reporting and potential fines or penalties. Stallholders and food and beverage vendors are required to take all waste home with them.
- Stallholders who wish to vacate their site and leave before the official closing time of 1:00 pm are permitted to do so. However, for public safety reasons, driving or moving vehicles within the market grounds during operational hours is strictly prohibited. Any stock or equipment must be safely transported off-site in a way which does not pose a risk to other stallholders or members of the public.

- Between 8:00am to 1:00pm, vehicle access in and out of the Belmont Market site will be restricted, with entry and exit points locked for public safety. No vehicles are permitted to move within the market during these hours, except for emergency service vehicles. Attempting to gain vehicle access or leave early without prior approval from market staff may result in the stallholder being denied in participating in future markets.
- Stallholders wishing to leave early or needing to come and go during the day are advised to unload their vehicles and park outside the designated market site in one of the many free off-street parking spaces surrounding the market. When parking in surrounding streets, both stallholders and patrons must adhere to the City of Greater Geelong’s parking regulations.
