Council meetings are the formal decision-making process of Council.

Regular meetings of Council are generally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except for December.
Public attendance at Council Meetings is welcome and meetings continue to be live streamed.

Questions at Council meetings
Questions and submissions should be provided in writing to the Council by noon on the day before the Council meeting.

Petitions to Council meetings
Any person can present a petition and request that it be formally received at a meeting of council.

Planning Committee meetings are run to a specific procedure.

Minutes of the recent meeting of Council are in draft form only and have no status until they are confirmed by Council.
