Eat Well, Live Well Toolkit

Food is an important part of our everyday lives.

It contributes to our growth and development as children and the health and wellbeing we experience as we get older.

Food can connect us to people and places bringing our family friends and community together. The choices we make about food also affect our environment.

This toolkit aims to help everyone in our community eat well and live well by providing trustworthy information and practical ideas to support healthy eating.

The toolkit contains three sections:

You can read the information from start to finish or choose a section that interests you the most.

Remember changing health behaviours can be difficult. Focus on the positives - every challenge is an opportunity for learning - and keep practicing.
